All electronic payments scheduled through the PayXpress eBill
site, including recurring bank draft or credit card payments, will
be terminated.
To
continue the convenience of electronic bill payment, customers must
transition from PayXpress to CareXpress. In order
to
protect the privacy of our customers, this transition requires customers
to log on and de-enroll their current account with PayXpress
and re-enroll a new account with CareXpress.
During
the transition period, customers will receive a paper copy of their
monthly service statement by first class mail. This method of statement
delivery will continue until you provide us with your delivery preference
upon re-enrollment in CareXpress.
Our
improved CareXpress service offers not only the same online
bill payment features as PayXpress, but also the added convenience
of ordering new services, rescheduling service appointments and
more.
