Time Warner Cable uses the finest electronic equipment and workmanship
available to provide our customers with the most reliable service
and highest quality picture and sound. To consistently provide this
high quality service, our technicians must periodically test and,
when necessary, repair our cable equipment throughout the system.
Cable repair can cause a temporary loss of cable to an entire neighborhood
known as a "maintenance outage."
This
repair work is usually conducted between the early hours of 1:00am
and 6:00am. Although a small number of customers may be inconvenienced
by these early morning "maintenance outages", most of
our customers will not notice its effects at this time of the morning.
If
your cable is not working properly, call the repair
service number listed under your
local Time Warner Cable office. If we're having a "maintenance
outage," we'll let you know when you call. If, however, the
problem is not being caused by maintenance, we should know immediately
if there is a problem in your area. In either case, we'll work as
quickly as possible to restore service.
