requests for service, particularly those concerning a complete loss
of signal on one or more channels are responded to within 24 hours.
Service calls are available from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through
Saturday with special arrangements for Sunday or evening repairs.
Unless extraordinary circumstances exist, we endeavor to respond
to all requests for service within 36 hours during the normal work
week.
