When Your Payment Is Due
Your payment is payable by the due date indicated on your statement. That is approximately 15 days after you receive it. Cable services are billed one month in advance. The charges for one month's service and any installation or equipment fees are payable at the time service is installed. Charges for iCONTROL and/or pay-per-view movies and events are billed after they are ordered. Payments made 10 days after the due date on your monthly statement are considered past due. If the past due balance is not paid within 35 days of the original due date, the account is charged a late fee of $5.00.

If the bank returns your payment check to us, a $28 service charge will be assessed to your account.

If your account is more than 45 days past due, we will be forced to schedule it for disconnection. However, if a Time Warner Cable representative is sent to your home to perform your disconnect, you may pay at this time and avoid service interruption. A $15 collection fee will be added to the outstanding balance.

To have service restored after a non-pay disconnection, you must pay the balance in full plus the reconnection charge and your first month's service charge. Your order for reconnection will be scheduled for the first available appointment.

Disconnect Policy
You may request that your cable service be disconnected at any time. Your billing for the service will stop on the day you request the service to be disconnected. To avoid further liability, all cable equipment must be returned to Time Warner Cable at the time of disconnection.
